Early Years Educator
& Inclusion Practitioner
Inclusion starts with seeing the whole child
At North Shore Kids Therapy, our Early Years Educator & Inclusion Practitioner works alongside early learning teams to translate inclusion into everyday practice – right where children learn, play, and belong.
Our Early Years Educator & Inclusion Practitioner works alongside early learning teams to:
πΏ Understand behaviour through a neurodiversity-affirming lens
πΏ Support regulation and participation in real classroom routines
πΏ Build educator confidence with practical, education-grounded strategies
πΏ Strengthen collaboration between families, educators, and therapists
In early learning settings, we:
β Observe children in context
β Liaise with educators
β Assist education teams to embed inclusive practice
β Support transitions, routines, and engagement
Within the clinic, we also offer:
π Social sensory groups
π School readiness groups
π Regulation and participation-focused sessions
π Strengths-based capacity building
For early learning centres, we can also provide on-site support, staff meetings, and professional learning tailored to the needs of your team.
Because inclusion isnβt about adding something extra – itβs about deeply understanding the child in front of us and shaping environments where they can thrive.
